Das Umsetzungsgesetz ist in Kraft \u2014 und betrifft weit mehr Unternehmen als viele denken.<\/p>\n<h2>Seit wann es gilt<\/h2>\n<p>Das deutsche NIS2-Umsetzungsgesetz ist seit dem 6. Dezember 2025 in Kraft. Es betrifft rund 29.500 Unternehmen in 18 Sektoren \u2014 von Energie und Gesundheit \u00fcber digitale Dienste bis zu Verarbeitung und Logistik.<\/p>\n<h2>Was verlangt wird<\/h2>\n<p>Im Kern: Risikomanagement f\u00fcr Cybersicherheit, Registrierung beim BSI und Meldepflichten bei Sicherheitsvorf\u00e4llen \u2014 eine Erstmeldung binnen 24 Stunden, eine Folgemeldung binnen 72 Stunden. The implementation act is in force \u2014 and affects far more companies than many assume.<\/p>\n<h2>Since when it applies<\/h2>\n<p>Germany&#8217;s NIS2 implementation act has been in force since 6 December 2025. It covers around 29,500 companies across 18 sectors \u2014 from energy and health to digital services, manufacturing and logistics.<\/p>\n<h2>What is required<\/h2>\n<p>At its core: cybersecurity risk management, registration with the BSI and incident reporting \u2014 an initial report within 24 hours and a follow-up within 72 hours.
